The 350 years old finca has two large, modernly arranged holiday flats. New elements have been combined with the typical mallorquin architectural style. Each holiday home offers on 110 square metres enough space for 4 to 5 people. A group or acquainted families with 8 to 10 people can be ideally accommodated in both flats, too. The 48 square metres large pool lies amidst the young olive plantation and also has a children´s pool and Italien aluminium sunloungers.

On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living room and the dining area. From here you can reach the backside terrace and the pool. Terracotta floors, wood beams and stone reliefs integretad into the wall give each flat an own face. Telephone, telefax and internet connection are possible. Satellite television, a DVD/CD home cinema system with radio and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwascher, refrigerator and oven are available. Central heating makes renting possible all year long. The bedrooms on the first floor offer a fantastic view on the pool and the Tramuntana de Mallorca. Beds can be provided as single beds or combined beds. A baby bed, a highchair and an additional bed are available on demand. Child care is available on demand, too. The large plaza in front of the house can be individually furnished with chairs for each holiday flat. Here you can enjoy your coffee and a good mallorquin wine. Basic food supply and restaurant and wine recommendations are laid out ready for you as a welcome gift. You can reach Palma de Mallorca within 20 minutes for shopping or visiting a restaurant in the evening. We wish you wonderful holidays on the finca!

The country estate lies at the border of a nature protection area near the villages of Sencelles and Costitx. With a size of 3 hectares it belongs to the larger estates in the region. Located not far away from smaller and larger wine growing areas, it is an excellent starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions over the island. The city of Inca with its leather manufactures is only 5 km away. The mallorquin mansion was only finished in 2003 and lies in an area which is surrounded by more than 350 years old drystone walls.
Fig trees, almond trees and citrus trees make up the old tree population of the finca. The young olive trees planted only 6 months ago form 4 large plantations. The olive trees are supposed to bear fruits in the next 5 years to have the harvested olives pressed in the surrounding mills and filled in bottles for sale. Here people still have a little more time than elsewhere. |  |
