Visit the charming Moorish city Granada. The holiday flat is located only 10 minutes away from the famous Alhambra. If you want to visit the Alhambra you should order tickets in time as the number of visitors per day is limited. You can reserve tickets in the subsidiaries of the Spanish bank Banco Bilbao Viscaya (BBV). The historical quarter of Albayzín was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO.
Visit Sacromonte, the former traditional gipsy mountain. Today many of the caves are bought by foreigners and maintained as holiday homes. Most gipsys now live in the city centre. But when the guitars and the castanets sound at night they return to their "Zambra"-flamenco-shows to their ancestral quarters. |  |
