The holiday flat for 6 people is located in an end-terrace house in the small village of Calonge approxmately 4 km away from the coast and the Cala D´Or beach. The small terrace offers a wonderful view on the plains of the nearby landscape.

The holiday flat Maria offers on an approximately 100 square metres large living space a living room with suite, a dinette with air condition, a completely equipped kitchen and a small WC with washing machine.
On the first floor there are a bedroom with a 1,35 metres wide French bed, a bedroom with 2 0,90 metres wide single beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with WC. A children´s bed (bed sheet not included) can be provided on demand.
Furthermore, it is possible to babecue on the small terrace with a portable barbecue grill.
Additionally, the communal pool in the communal garden is at your disposal. Here you can relax on the lawn or on sunloungers and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

The end-terrace house is located in a quiet street with further holiday flats in Calonge. This is an ideal holiday area for families or friends. It is located directly at the sea, at the Cala D´Or beach and at the Santanyi beach near the villages of S´Horta and C´as Concos.
