The old town of Pollensa is only 1 km away and Porto Pollensa and the beaches are only a 10 minutes drive away.

The large villa can be entered via a spacious and conveniently equipped living/dining room whose large patio doors lead to the front terrace. From here you can look at the garden and the swimming pool. The living room leads to the bright and modern kitchen which has a dishwasher and is equipped with all comfort. The villa also has a comfortable, small living space and two beautiful bedrooms with two single beds and doors to the pool terrace and one attached full bath each.
The outdoor area has a roofed terrace with barbecue kitchen and small shower bath, a table tennis table, a luxurious, 50 square metres large pool with whirlpool, sunloungers and a wonderful garden.

Pollensa lies in the northwest of the island in a fertile area surrounded by mountains. The combination of old building fabric and new building material succeeded. Take a stroll through the labyrinth of narrow Moorish alleys, visit the market, the churches, the Via Crucis (Way of the Cross), the Calvary mountain with the neogothic church on its top and cafes and restaurants on the Placa Major surrounded by shady trees. Each year in the summer a medieval festival takes place where Moors fight against Christians. There is a classical music festival, too. The cosy atmosphere and the historic environment has already inspired many artists. Also visit the nearby city of Alcùdia which is historically closely connected to the development of Pollensa. A seemingly endless beach awaits you in Porto Pollensa. Here visitors can find their own piece of beach. Porto Pollensa has a charming environment with almond trees and fig trees and offers optimal wind conditions for sailors and surfers. The marina is an ideal place for anchoring. |  |
