The holiday home for 6 people lies near the contry road from Campos to Sa Rapita and is only a 10 minutes drive away from the idyllic sandy beach Es Trenc. The own 36 square metres large pool and the almond trees in the garden invite to relaxing and sunbathing.

The approximately 120 square metres large holiday home is simply furnished and decorated. A living room with dining corner and satellite TV and a large kitchen with fireplace offer sufficient space for 6 people.
Furthermore, the holiday home has a bedroom with a 1,35 metres wide French bed and with an adjacent bathroom with WC, a bedroom with two 90 cm wide single beds, a bedroom with two 80 cm wide single beds and a bathroom with WC. A children´s bed and a highchair for a baby up to 2 years can be provided on demand.
In the outdoor area there are a garden table, chairs and a barbecue grill under the roofed terrace. Sunloungers and an outdoor shower are available in the garden.
As the finca is located near the country road from Campos to Sa Rapita some traffic noise can be heard at the terrace.

The villa Sa Tanca is located near the country road MA6030 to Sa Rapita. The nearby village of Campos offers an open and friendly atmosphere and a large choice of shops and restaurants. Many manor houses, the ancient watchtowers, the Parish Church of Sant Julia, the town hall and the old hospital with its chapel (which is now used as an exhibition place) are worth a visit.
The landscape of the municipality is marked by whind wheels which are needed for water supply. The coast with many undeveloped sand areas and dunes is not far away. Palma de Mallorca is approximately 30 km away and the beautiful beach of "Es Trenc" is 10 km away. Further nearby beaches are Colonia St. Jordi, Sa Rapita und S´Estanyol. |  |
