The bright and comfortable luxury house lies only around 500 metres away from the village and the beach in the well-kept residential estate Pla del Mar near Moraira. The approximately 130 square metres large luxury house was completely renovated in 1999 and equipped with all comfort. It provides ample space for up to 6 persons. The terrace and the 40 square metres large light blue mosaic pool offer a wonderful view on Moraira, the sea and the Penon de Ifach Rock.

The luxury house is cozily and comfortably equipped and has air condition, central heating, internet connection, telephone, fax, two shower bathes and a completely furnished washkitchen. Besides a spacious bedroom with two juxtaposed single beds, air condition and TV, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a French bed are also available. The shower bathes are clean and well-kept and the modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment is equipped with all comfort.
Bed linen and towels can be hired for a fee. On location, the landlords will gladly attend all your questions and consult you on demand.

It was built as a bright, modern luxury house in Spanish style on one of the most beautiful properties with a breathtaking sea view. German medical care, supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants, bars, fish auctions and beautiful beaches guarantee careless holidays in Moraira which has over 300 days of sunshine a year. The landlords will gladly provide information about diverse excursion possibilities and invite the guests to joint walking tours to almond and wine plantations, to secluded valleys and to shopping tours to the shopping centre of Benidorm. Day trips to Elche, Alicante or Valencia (Oceanum/market hall, Lonja) are as impressive as journeys to Guadelest Castle, Agualandia, Mundomar, Terramitica, Denia, Javea, Altea, Benidorm and Calpe.
