The approximately 75 square metres large holiday home is located in the romantic fishing village Moraira in the quiet residential estate "La Finca" designed in Spanish style. The well-kept holiday estate has an approximately 288 square metres large communal pool. Enjoy the panorama view on the coast, the impressive Ifach Rock and Moraira with its small harbour.

The holiday home was completely renovated and expanded in 2004 and is located in front row of the residential estate. The approximatelx 30 square metres large bright living/dining room with a comfortable willow lounge, gas fireplace, satellite TV, extendable round dining table, ventilator and air condition (warm/cold) make up the centre of the holiday home. A bedroom with two juxtaposed single beds and a blind at the window is available. The house has another bedroom with two juxtaposed single beds and shutters, a shower bath and a storage room. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezing compartment, 3 plate gas stove, electric hot plates, electric oven, microwave oven and much more. All windows have fly screens. A second refrigerator and a washing machine can be used in the spacious storage room.
Bed linen can be lent upon consultation. Please bring your own beach towels and dish towels. Child´s beds, high chairs and sand toys can be lent.

The fishing village Moraira is located around 80 km away from Alicante and 110 km away from Valencia in a protected bay with sand beaches, rock bays and a picturesque fishing and yacht harbour. The beautiful centre with supermarkets, fish hall, market, restaurants, bars, post office, German doctors and dentists, pharmacy and car rental is only 2,5 km away. A restaurant and a shopping centre are 500 metres away, the rock bays and beaches of El Portet are around 2 km away. Hiking tours into the backcountry cultivated with almonds, olives, wine grapes and citrus fruits and visits of wine festivals and Moorish festivals don´t let boredom come up. Excursions to Guadelest Castle, the waterfalls, Cap Nao, Benidorm, Elche, Calpe, Denia and Javea are further leisure time activities. The golf courses of Altea, Benitachell, Denia and San Jaime are only 3 to 10 km away. |  |
