The small, sunny and bright holiday home for 2 persons is located in the well-kept urbanisation Pla del Mar in Moraira and was completely renovated and comfortably furnished in autumn 2007, so you can enjoy wonderful and careless vacations. The semi detached house and the free and roofed terrace offer a wonderful sea view. The eastern part of the garden is used by the owners, the western part of the garden is used by the renters. From the end of July until the beginning of August and occasionally in the winter the garden and the pool are at the sole disposal of the guests. Due to its ground level location the holiday home is also well suited for seniors. It is only rented to nonsmokers.

The holiday home is approximately 40 square metres large. Next to the entry you will find a white tiled shower bath with Spanish ornament tiles. The living room has a nice dining corner, a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and two single beds with sufficient blankets in an alcove. The small kitchen is equipped with a Liebherr refrigerator, 2 electrical hotplates, dishwascher, microwave oven, sufficient kitchenware and dishes. All PVC windows and PVS doors to the terrace have rolling shutters and some have fly screens. Air condition is available. Bed linen can be lent upon consultation but the landlords prefer that you bring it with you. Please bring your own bath towels, beach towel and dish towels. On location, the landlords will gladly attend all your questions and consult you on demand.

Pla del Mar is presumably the best-kept residential estate in Moraira. It is quiet, located close to the village and has asphalted, clean streets with lush flourishing oleander bushes. Street lighting, watchmen, post delivery, daily garbage collection and a second water supply system allow a pleasant stay. Tennis courts can be used for a small fee. The golf courses in Altea, Benitachelll, Denia and San Jaima are not far away. |  |
