The holiday home Cas las Rosas is quietly located in a mansion quarter of Almunecar at the Costa del Sol.
You have the pool on the adjacent property at your sole disposal. The property is occupied by the house owner who doesn´t use the pool during your stay. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with sunloungers, barbecue grill and a small pool bar.

The landlord has a labrador dog, 4 turtles live on the property.
The approximately 70 square metres large living area stretches over two floors and offers space for up to 5 persons.
The living/dining room has satellite TV, radio and a small bar. From here you can access the kitchen and the terrace with wonderful sea view. The three bedrooms merge together and are separated by round arches. One bedroom has a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed. The open kitchen is furnished with 4 hotplate-cooker, baking oven and combination freezer. The bathroom has a bathing tub, a WC and a bidet. The holiday homes has two additional guest WCs.
Once on site, you will be received and guided by a small, German-speaking agency. If you arrive late in the evening the agency offers a buying service for the late dinner or for the first breakfast.

The Costa del Sol beaches and the numerous restaurants and shops in Almunecar are only a 2 minutes drive away. You can reach fine bebbled Playa Velilla beach by foot in around 10 minutes. Several tapas bars on the broad beach can be visited for a snack in between meals. The beach is only a 10 minutes drive away. A few kilometres further on many small bays invite to diving, snorkeling and surfing. Almunecar has a beautiful old town with twisted alleys, numerous boutiques, an historic Castillo, a market hall (with fresh fish), many tapas bars, a bird park and a cactus park. From here you can quickly reach Granada, the world famous Alhambra, the small mountain villages or the limestone caves in Nerja. Gibraltar is not far away, too. |  |
