The large detached holiday house Villa Maxi is located on an approximately 5000 square metres large property near Almuñecar. The holiday villa and both large sun terraces offer a fantastic view on the beach, the Costa tropical and the surrounding area. The original round pool (heated from October on) has a diameter of approximately 6 metres.

The holiday home in Almunecar offers space for 8 persons and 2 children on two floors. The living room has a fireplace, satellite TV, video recorder, stereo system and dvd player. Air condition is available on the ground floor and ceiling fans are available in the other rooms. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and another bedroom with a doble bed and a bunk bed. The upper bedroom and the garden pavilion are also furnished with satellite TV. Extra beds for 2 more persons are possible in the garden pavilion. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities (microwave oven, dishwasher and combination freezer among others). Both two full baths have a bathing tub, a WC and a bidet each. Another WC and an additional shower are available at the pool.
Larger groups of up to 16 persons can be housed when also renting the holiday flat in the neighbouring house Casa Moritz.
Once on site, you will be received and guided by a small, German-speaking agency. If you arrive late in the evening the agency offers a buying service for the late dinner or for the first breakfast.

The holiday house can be reached by car via a relatively steep access road which is not entirely asphalted.
Almunecar has a beautiful old town with twisted alleys, numerous boutiques, an historic Castillo, a market hall (with fresh fish), many tapas bars, a bird park and a cactus park. From here you can quickly reach Granada, the world famous Alhambra, the small mountain villages or the limestone caves in Nerja. Gibraltar is not far away, too. The beach is only a 10 minutes drive away. A few kilometres further on many small bays invite to diving, snorkeling and surfing. |  |
