The modern holiday flat lies on the upper floor of the newly built holiday house Casa Moritz. The 100 square metres large flat offers space for up to 7 adults and 2 babies. The house with the bright and friendly furnished holiday flat lies quietly near Almunecar on a 1000 square metres large open property and has a 50 square metres large, solar-heated pool.

The living room of the large holiday flat has a modern fireplace, sofa bed and satellite TV and is connected with the dining area and the kitchen area. In the kitchen living you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Both bedrooms are bright and have double beds; one of the bedrooms has an additional bunk bed. Two baby beds can be rented in addition. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine.
Larger groups with up to 17 people can be accommodated in combination with the neighbouring house Villa Max.
The pool is solar heated. Therefore the water temperature conforms to the ambient temperature. During nice weather the pool can also be used in the winter.
The lower flat is occasionally used by the house owner and has a separate entry. An exclusive use of the property is possible on request.
Once on site, you will be received and guided by a small, German-speaking agency. If you arrive late in the evening the agency offers a buying service for the late dinner or for the first breakfast.

The holiday house can be reached by car via a relatively steep access road which is not entirely asphalted and which is similar to a cart track.
The beach is only a 10 minutes drive away. A few kilometres further on many small bays invite to diving, snorkeling and surfing. Almunecar has a beautiful old town with twisted alleys, numerous boutiques, an historic Castillo, a market hall (with fresh fish), many tapas bars, a bird park and a cactus park. From here you can quickly reach Granada, the world famous Alhambra, the small mountain villages or the limestone caves in Nerja. Gibraltar is not far away, too. |  |
