The Villa Tres Casas offers an extraordinary ambiance with wonderful view on the sea, the bathing bay and the marina Marina del Este. The beach is around 500 metres away by foot and around 1 km away by car. Both holiday houses are linked with each other by a leafy, furnished gallery and offer space for up to 8 adults and 3 babies. They are located in an enclosed inner courtyard with a large sea water pool and offer a wonderful sea view.

The villa comprises a main building and a neighbour house and is optimal for two families or a larger family with older children.
Once on site, you will be received and guided by a small, German-speaking agency. If you arrive late in the evening the agency offers a buying service for the late dinner or for the first breakfast.
The owner lives in the third house.
The main building has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a dining room for 8 persons, a well furnished large kitchen and a shower bath. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for 8 persons and with a gas barbecue.
The neighbor house is built in elegant style. It has two bedrooms with one double bed each, an access room, a generous living area with fireplace and dreamlike sea view and a kitchen with dishwasher, Ceran ceran ceramic stove top and microwave oven. The blue coloured bathroom has a large shower and a WC.
The 60 square metres large swimming pool lies between both houses and has a teak pool bar with refrigerator and 6 to 8 teak sunloungers.

The holiday home Tres Casas is located at Punta de la Mona between La Herradura and Almuñecar. This beautiful small bay can only be reached by foot (downhill10 minutes) or by boat.
La Herradura belongs to the municipality of Almunecar. Due to its rich underwater flora and fauna it has developed into a centre for underwater sports. You find two dive centres in La Herradura. The city has remained largely untouched by mass tourism and has an impressive bay with numerous beach bars and restaurants. You enjoy a dreamlike view on the picturesque marina Marina del Este which is linked by a prominade with another bay with a beautiful long sand beach. |  |
