The holiday house Casa La Bodega lies in an idyllic spot on the Monte de los Almendros (Almond Mountain) in Salobreña. The property has a large private, heatable pool and a lush garden planted with fig trees, grape wines and tropical fruits.

The approximately 90 square metres large holiday flat lies on the ground floor of the holiday home and offers space for up to 7 persons. As the upper floor is not occupied during renting you can enjoy quietly your holidays.
The flat has a bedroom with double bed and a single bed which is separated from the bedroom by an opening in the wall. The flat also has another bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single bed and a window directed to the hallway (a photo of the 2 single beds is not available). More guests beds ara available on demand. The kitchen has an electric cooker with 2 plates, a baking oven, a refrigerator and a freezer. Two bathrooms with one shower each are available.
The sports facilities of the mansion quarter can be reached easily by foot. The pool area, tennis court and football ground can be used without charges.

The holiday house offers a fantastic view on the coast line of Salobreña with its broad beaches which can be reached by car in approximately 5 minutes. Salobreña lies at the Costa Tropical between the Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería and occupies a beautiful area of the coast which offers the best possibilities to pass wonderful vacations. Salobreña is directly located at the Mediterranean Sea and the proximity to North Africa and to the Sierra Nevada with the highest peaks of the peninsula protect the area from the cold north wind. A subtropical climate, 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 20 degrees Celsius allow the cultivation of tropical fruits in the lush valleys. A rock towering from the sea separates the two most important cities from Salobreña: La Playa del Peñón, occupying the more densely populated area with the tourist centres, and Playa de la Guardia, a broad and wild beach located between fields of tropical fruits and the sea. Beautiful small beaches invite to diving and sunbathing. |  |
