"Casa Traditionale" is the oldest farmhouse in the municipality of Paciano - it was built more than 3 centuries ago. Its main characteristic is the "pigeon house", a small, low tower on the roof. The house is surrounded by numerous cypress trees. A newly built swimming pool surrounded by olive trees makes your stay even more pleasant.

The holiday homes was completely restored in 1999 and is divided into 2 independent holiday flats ("Traditionale North" and "Traditionale South"), each of which is suited for 6 people.
The holiday flat "Traditionale North" stretches over the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there are the dining room, the living room with large windows, satellite TV, kitchen and fireplace. On the first floor there are 2 double rooms, 1 room with 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The division of the holiday flat "Traditionale South" allows each family to use the surrounding green area for itself. "Traditionale South" is completely fenced and has an automatic entrance gate. On the ground floor there are the living room, the kitchen, a double room and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very spacious and has a fireplace. On the first floor there are a double room, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The garden of the former farmhouse also belongs to the holiday flat.

"Casa Traditionale" is located approximately 1 km away from Paciano and at the road to Castiglione del Lago.
Even today, Paciano has a fully intact Medieval structure with a 500 metres long city wall, 7 towers, 3 city gates and houses laid out in a grid pattern along the three parallel streets crossed by the typical side streets. There are further towns and sights in the surrounding area: Panicale (1 km away), Castiglione del Lago, Chiusi, Città della Pieve, Perugia (35 km away) and Lake Trasimeno (15 km). Tennis courts can be found in Paciano, a golf course is approximately 8 km away. Shopping possibilities and the next restaurants are approximately 1 km away. |  |
