There is a bus station directly in front of the residential complex. The cathedral, the beach and the harbor can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The cathedral is only a 10 minutes walk away. The small harbor and the Kalura beach are only a few metres away.
The residential complex has 2 entrances. The main entrance has an automatic barred gate and a parking place. The other entrance and a second parking place are located at the reception. A roller skating rink, a fitness centre and a helicopter landing site are nearby. All apartments have satellite TV, air condition and W LAN internet connection. The residential complex is family-friendly and animal-friendly.
On the ground floor (which has access to a roofed patio) there are 2 separate apartments: the apartment B for 4 people has a living kitchen, a generous bathroom with jacuzzi and additional shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and an internal roofed patio. The large apartment C for 6 people has been newly renovated and has a spacious living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a shower bath, 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a verande with a wide panorama glass wall and an outdoor area with garden furniture.
The apartments D, E, F and G can accommodate 4 people each: the yellow and the pink apartment are located on the first floor. The green and the blue apartment are located on the second floor. All apartments have a fitted kitchen with 2 hot plates, a sofa and a balcony, a double bedroom with window, a bedroom with bunk bed and balcony and a shower bath.
Apartment H is a mansard apartment for 2 up to 4 people located on the third floor and has a comfortably furnished living/dining room with sofa bed for 2 people and cooking corner, a bedroom with double bed, a full bath and a generous panorama terrace.
There is a little-frequented street below the residential complex.

The former Norman town of Cefalu is located between the sea and the huge Rocca di Cefalu, only 70 km away from Palermo. The Medieval town has kept its charme of a seaside resort and offers a wide range of touristic activities. The skyline of Cefalu is marked by the long sand beaches, the houses looking to the sea and the famous dome built in 1311 by Roger II. There is a good train connection to Palermo. Cefalu is a good starting point for exploring the near surroundings. |  |
