The 6 holiday flats have been lavishly restored and offer you all comfort and a very peculiar Tuscan charme. An English garden with a large communal pool was arranged around the houses. The English garden is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, lawn, fruit orchards and woods. Each holiday flat has an independent outdoor area, satellite TV, mini safe, dishwasher and washing machine.

The holiday flats have wrought iron beds with slatted frame and orthopaedic mattresses, wood furniture in Tuscan style and fitted kitchens made of natural materials.
The holiday flat "Gelsomino" is located on the upper floor and offers space for up to 8 people. It can be accessed via the reception of the agriturismo and has a large living room with open fireplace and open gallery with 2 single beds, a kitchen, a small shower bath, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a large full bath.
The holiday flats "Mimosa" offers space for 6 to 9 people and can be accessed from outside. On the ground floor there are the living/dining room with open fireplace, a fitted kitchen and a double sofa bed; on the upper floor there are 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 shower baths. The 1,6 metres high attic with an open double bed room is accessible via winding stairs.
The holiday flat "Edera" offers space for 4 to 5 people and can be accessed from outside. On the ground floor there are the living/dining room with open fireplace and single sofa bed, a kitchen and a WC.
The holiday flat "Girasole" is located on the groundfloor and offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is accessible via a large roofed entry area and has a living/dining room with fitted kitchen and double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and a shower bath.
The holiday flat "Fiordaliso" is located on the upper floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is accessible via the same staircase leading to the holiday flat "Rosmarin" and has a living/dining room with fitted kitchen and open fireplace, a shower bath, 1 large bedroom with double bed and open gallery with 2 single beds. The large furnished terrace offers a wonderful view on the valley.
The holiday flat "Rosmarin" is located on the upper floor and offers space for 2 to 4 people. Is is accessible via the same staircase leading to the holiday flat "Fiordaliso" and has a living/dining room with fitted kitchen, a shower bath and 1 large bedroom with double bed and open gallery with 2 single beds which is accessible via winding stairs.

The agriturismo is located in Polvereto, a small community of Montespertoli and a small village known for its wine and its all-year mild climate. The agriturismo is located between Montespertoli, San Casciano Val di Pesa and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa on a height of 320 metres above sea level. The owners of the agriturismo produce wine and olive oil and take care of the gardens around the houses. The Superstrada Florence-Siena is only 12 km away and allows quick access to many cities in the surrounding area. Groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office and the bus station to Siena and Florence can be found in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa which is approximately 6 km away; Montespertoli is approximately 14 km away; Certaldo is approximately 19 km away; San Gimignano is approximatley 25 km away; Florence is approximately 28 km away; Siena is approximately 30 km away. The nearest village is Tavarnelle Val di Pesa where shops, bus stations to Siena and Florence and medical facilities can be found. The nearest train station and airport are in Florence which is 28 km away. |  |
