The old farmhouse is set in a rural location and apart from any great roads but yet near Volterra. The newly built pool with Roman staircase lies at the back ot the country house on the area of the former threshing floor where the farmers used to keep their flock.

Altogether there are 4 stylishly restored holiday flats, some of which are furnished with antique furniture - the owner of the country estate is an artist. Furthermore, some of the holiday flats have artfully built round arches. The holiday flats "Ortensia" and "Giaggiolo" (suitable for 2 to 4 people each) are both located on the ground floor. Both have a kitchen living with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a shower bath and a WC. The holiday flat "Papavero" for 3 to 5 people lies on the first floor and has an extra bed in the double bedroom. The holiday flat "Il Girasole" for 4 to 6 people is the largest of all holiday flats. It is located on the first floor and has also a kitchen living with sofa bed. In addition to the double bedroom, this flat has an open gallery with 2 single beds, a shower bath and a WC. On request, a washing machine and TV are available to all guests. For each holiday flat, an additional child’s bed can be provided on request. Central heating is available for the cooler months. Each holiday flat has a garden area with tables and chairs.
The Mediterranean Sea can be reached within an hour. An ideal place to enjoy Tuscany and bathing in the summer.
