On the country estate in Tuscany there are altogether 8 one room flats of approximately 40 square metres. They all have a living/dining room with cooking corner, dining area, double bed and a shower bath. An extra bed is available on reservation. All flats have very simply furnished kitchens.
The 8 three room flats of approximately 85 square metres all have a large living room with cooking corner and dining area. Some of the three room flats have a fireplace. In the living room there is a sofa bed. Furthermore, the flats have a double room, a double bedroom or a bunk bedroom and a shower bath. All outdoor facilities can be shared.
The four room flat is a spacious apartment of approximately 90 square metres for 5 to 7 people. It has a living room with cooking corner, large original Tuscan firplace, dining area and double sofa bed. Furthermore, the flat has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and a shower bath. Heating is available. In the outdoor area there are tables, chairs and sunloungers.
The "Gli Archi" is an approximately 110 square metres large detached holiday home for 2 to 5 people. It has a living room with cooking corner, fireplace, dining area and double sofa bed, 1 double room with extra bed, 1 shower bath and 1 double room on the first floor wich can be accessed via an inner staircase.
The "Viletta Giardino" is a small house in rural style of approximately 70 square metres for 2 to 5 people. It is directly located at the pool and detached on three sides. It has a large living room with fireplace, cooking corner, dining area and double sofa bed, 1 double room with folding extra bed, a bathroom with shower, heating and an approximately 500 square metres large private garden. This flat is disabled friendly.
The flats "Rustica" for 4 to 6 people and "Viletta Rustica" for 2 to 4 people are located on one floor in an approximately 170 square metres large house and are suitable for 2 families. Both flats have an approximately 1000 square metres large private garden with barbecue possibility. The flats can be booked separately. Each accommodation unit has a separate entry. The flat "Rustica" has a large living room with a round brick arch, a cooking corner, a dining area and a double sofa bed. Furthermore, the flat has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 shower bath with washbasin and a separate WC. The flat can be heated. The approximately 65 square metres large flat "Viletta Rustica" is suitable for 2 to 4 people. It has a living/dining room with dining area and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a shower bath.

The perfect location of the country cottage allows you to reach the most beautiful Tuscan art centres such as Volterra and San Gimignano within approximately 30 minutes. Florence and Siena are only a 1 hours drive away and the famous "white beaches" can be reached within 10 minutes. The small village of Montescudaio with its shops and the typical Tuscan restaurants which is only 5 km away and is a worthwhile destination for tradition lovers. The country estate is located approximately 25 km south of Livorno and approximately 6 km away from Cecina. |  |
