The antique Tuscan country home was lovingly restored in keeping with the typical Tuscan style. The holiday home is surrounded by English lawn and three hectares of olive cultivation area, cypress trees, vineyards and agriculture land. 10 holiday flats, a small detached holiday home and a duplex at ground level are available.

In the outdoor area, garden furniture, a 128 square metres large pool (open from the middle of May to the middle of Octobre), an outdoor shower, a solarium and a barbecue grill are available for common use. A car parking space is available on the property.
Each holiday home is very comfortable and has heating, air condition and satellite TV. All holiday flats have an own entry and an own staircase. The Tuscan style furnishing captivates with original antique furniture, a beautiful wood beam ceiling and an antique cotto floor.
The detached holiday home "Villa Olivo" for 4 to 6 people is also available. It has a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a garden.
The recently restored duplex "Villetta Girasole" has two flats on ground level and can also be rented as a whole holiday home for up to 10 people. Each flat is 50 square metres large and has a living/dining room with fitted kitchen, satellite TV, double sofa bed and single bed, a bedroom with double bed and a shower bath. Each accommodation unit has an outdoor seat with garden furniture in the garden.
