The apartments are located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery below the street. A parking place is nearby. Each holiday flat offers space for 2 to 4 people and has a modernly and comfortably furnished living/dining room with fitted kitchen, TV and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a shower bath and a small furnished balcony. The apartments are heated with oil heating in the cold season.

The small village of Procchio has a roofed market place and a well furnished park with many festivities in the summer.
