The 105 square metres large holiday flat 2 for up to 5 people is located on the first floor. It has an own entry and can be accessed via the outside staircase. It has a kitchen living with dining corner, two double rooms (one of which also has an exit to the balcony terrace), a bedroom with two single beds and a shower bath with WC. Here, a washing machine and a dishwasher are also available.

Beautiful Italian villas behind high laurel hedges, reastaurants, cafes, bars, shops and lidos mark the landscape. The Riviera della Versilia with its more than 20 km long sand beach is one of the most beautiful coasts of Italy. Pisa is 30 km away, Florence is 106 km away, Lucca is 25 km away and Siena is 160 km away. These beautiful cities are also worthwhile trip destinations.
