This detached villa is located on the border to Tuscany, on a hill with panorama view on the valley and partially to the sea. Fosdinovo is a splendid Medieval village, rich in history and sights such as the famous castle where the magnificent poet Dante Alighieri stayed and which nowaday is a popular destinations for many visitors. The street with panorama view winds gently up a hill between olive groves and vinyards and offers a splendid view.

The holiday home has a ground floor with a large dining room with kitchen and exit to the garden. Outside, a staircase leads to the raised ground floor which has a living room with exit to the panorama terrace with sea view, a full bath, a bedroom with double bed, a guest WC, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed. On very bright days the view from the panorama terrace reaches to Lerici and to Corsica Island. A wooden staircase leads up to two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a guest WC, a full bath and a billard room (all these rooms are mansard rooms with a height varying between 1,65 metres and 2,70 metres).

Pisa is 70 km away and Florence is 130 km away. Both art cities can be quickly reached on the motorway which is approximately 10 km away. The unique Golfo del Tigullio and the famous fishing villages of Lerici and Portovenere are only a few minutes drive away. The romantic villages of the "Cinque Terre" (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Monterosso, Vernazza and Corniglia) are 30 km away. The beautiful beaches of the Riviera Apuana are approximately 18 km away. The Riviera delle Versilia is approximately 35 km away. The Medieval villago of Fosdinovo is famous for its castle which belongs to the most beautiful castles in Tuscany and whole Italy. The castle, a Malaspina residence, was home to the Italian poet Dante Alighieri for a while. Fosdinovo offers a wonderful view on hills, mountains and the sea. |  |
