The apartments are located on the ground floor of a villa in dreamlike location with panorama view, only 30 metres away from the small natural sand bays of Felciaio which can be easily reached by foot. Each apartment has a small outdoor area with sea view in front of the house.

A private parking place is nearby. A barbecue area is available for the guests in an ample and private grove of Pine trees. The apartments 1 and 4 are one-room flats. The apartments 5 and 6 have a separate bedroom. All apartments have heating but no TV connection. Pets are not allowed !

The apartments are located 30 metres away from the small sand bays of Felciaio in the Southeast of Elba, between Lacona and Capoliveri. As the beach is hidden, the small bays are not overcrowded even in main season. The nature beach is partially covered with sea weed and small pebbles. The sand beach of Lido di Capoliveri and its numerous service facilities are approximately 1,5 km away. Capoliveri is a small old village with small alleys and numerous restaurants, bars and shops. In the summer, many open air concerts take place on the town square. Here, you will find further small beaches. |  |
