The lovely restored Tuscan country house Casa Iacce is located in a beautiful cottage between Arezzo, Florence and Siena. Three comfortable holiday flats have been created in which the authentic atmosphere of past times can be relived. A beautiful garden with view on the valley is available for all guests.

The 65 square metres large holiday flat 1 stretches over 2 floors and offers space for 4 people. On the ground floor there are the entry, the living room, the kitchen with dining corner and a storeroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed (one of which is a bit narrower) and a shower bath.
The flats 1 and 2 have a connecting door which allows using both flats together. Both flats are also interconnected through intercom.
The 75 square metres large holiday flat stretches over 2 floors and offers space for 4 people. On the ground floor there are the entrance area, the living room, the kitchen, a storeroom and the veranda. On the first floor there are the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom.
The 50 square metres large holiday flat is located on the ground floor and offers space for 2 people. It has a living/dining room with fitted kitchen, a storeroom and a bathroom with anteroom. The bedroom looks to the garden.

The enchanting village is marked by narrow and winding alleys and old Tuscan stone houses which have been built around the castle and the Santa Maria Assunta church in the course of time. Keepint the original style and the Medieval atmosphere is very important to the inhabitants of the village. In the village there is an old communal stone oven which is run for visitors from time to time. The short distance to Florence, Siena and Arezzo allows day trips to these beautiful Tuscan art cities and their surrounding area such as the Chianti area. In the summer, festivities are often organised in the village and offer diversion to the visitors. |  |
