The agriturismo is ideal for relaxed holidays in the friendly atmosphere of an old country house built in 19th century style. The guests can feel like home in the exclusive apartment suited for 6 to 8 people. In the 4,5 hectares large park there is a 84 square metres large swimming pool with deck chairs, sunloungers and sunshades; a barbecue grill invites to dining under the open sky. You are welcome to use vegetable, fruit and spices from the own large garden.

The holiday flat is located on the first floor which is accessible via a typical Tuscan stone staircase and a panorama loggia. It has a living room with large fireplace, an adjacent living/dining room with double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen with dining corner, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be combined if required), a shower bath and a further double room with own bath with jacuzzi. Matching the rural atmosphere, the apartment is very tastefully furnished with old furniture. A washing machine is available. The apartment is equipped with gas heating.
The owners, a couple with daughter, live on the ground floor of the house. Besides caring for the guests, they run the approximately 80 hectares large agriturismo.

The agriturismo is located on a height of 320 metres above sea level in the Valdichiana region, a beautiful nature area with gentle hills near the old route connecting Foiano and Castiglion Fiorentino. It offers a spectacular view on the old castles of Montecchio and Cortona which are only a few minutes drive away. Monte San Savino, Lucignano and Lake Trasimeno offer many cultural attractions and leisure time activities and can also be quickly reached. The next shopping possibilities and restaurants are 6 km away, Lake Trasimeno is 30 km away. The sea is 150 km away. Further worthwhile destinations are Arezzo (20 km away), Perugia (50 km away), Siena (60 km away), Assisi (65 km away) and Florence (85 km away). A riding stable is 1 km away. Here, you can rent horses and discover the untouched nature in the surrounding area. |  |
