The large holiday flat is located on the first floor of a completely restored farmhouse and has a private entry, independent of other holiday flats in the house. The holiday flat Mancini is the largest holiday flat in the "House of the Swallow", which owns its name to the many swallows which have built their nests in the surrounding area.

From the comfortable living room with the open large fireplace, winding stairs lead to the bedroom in the small tower. It has a own small toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, baking oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave. The rooms of the holiday flat are furnished with authentic old furniture, some of which have been hand painted by the owner.
The holiday flat has 3 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bedroom with 2 single beds. A third bed can be added, especially for a child.
Furthermore, the flat has 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets. Thus, it is ideally suited for acquainted families or a larger group.
In the outdoor area, a seat shaded by a pergola is available for the guests. The communal pool is approximately 50 metres away from the house. It is located on a hill near the wood and offers a wonderful view on the hilly landscape of the Chianti region. The pool is open from June to September.

The small village of Gaiole in Chianti is located in the heart of the Chianti region. Here, you can taste the best Chianti wines. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous worthwhile churches, castles and Medieval villages located only a few kilometres away. The surrounding area is well suited for walks or mountain bike trips. You can reach the following tourist attractions within a distance of up to 80 km: Florence (65 km away), Siena (25 km away), San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino. |  |
