Il Rustico is an old restored holiday home with splendid view on the coast of Versilia and has a very large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a large bathroom, two terraces on the ground floor and two double bedrooms with fantastic view on the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Apuan Alps. The swimming pool (opened from May until October) and the diverse seating possibilities in the garden are shared with the guests of the Villa Marino.
The holiday flat Oleandro is located on the ground floor of the Villa Marino and has a living room with fireplace and library, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore, the villa has an inner yourtyard and a 200 square metres large garden.
The owner of the main villa also offers some of its rooms as bad & breakfast accommodations; the pool in the garden is also available for these guests.
