Pass your vacations or celebrate your wedding and other festivities in an apartment or a small holiday home in a very special ambiance. The fattoria is located approximately 8 km away from the Medieval town of Siena next to an old 17th century villa. The residence is surrounded by the green of the Tuscan landscape and a picturesque Italian garden which is decorated with statues representing the 4 seasons. A cypress alley surrounded by olive trees leads to the swimming pool which offers a wonderful view on Siena and the surrounding area.

The apartments are built in typical Tuscan style and have been renovated. In addition to that, 6 independent holiday homes with more living space are located in a wooded area. All apartments have very well equipped kitchens. Several nearby shopping possibilities can be found in San Giovanni (1 km away), Ponte a Bozzone (3 km away) or Pianella (5 km away). Some typical restaurants can be found within a distance of 4 to 5 km. The old "Tinaia", a recently renovated former fermenting cellar with typical vaulted ceiling and cotto floors, is a special offer. It can host up to 120 people and is an ideal location to organise weddings, meetings, dinners and brunches. On the first floor of the old villa, there are further holiday apartments.

The Residence Fattoria and Villa di Catignano are located 8 km away from Siena, an art city of greatest importance in the history and culture of Tuscany. The road 408 is located approximately 3 km away. It leads to Gaiole, Radda, Greve in Chianti and Florence. Other worthwhile places such as Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Volterra and Massa Marittima can also be reached easily. All these cities are located within a distance of 50 km. The sea and beach can be reached easily via the highway Siena-Grosseto, a part of which leads through the Maremma. Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and Talamone are located within a distance of approximately 100 km. |  |
