The 65 square metres large holiday home is located in a vineyard at the west coast of Elba. The sun terrace and all rooms of the house offer a picturesque view on the sea and on Corsica. Behind the holiday home there is a large pergola entwined with vine tendrils with a table, chairs and with outdoor illumination.

Recently, the rooms have been cormfortably furnished with beautiful wood furniture. The holiday houes has a living/dining room and an open kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a cooker with oven and grill, a coffee machine and dishes etc. One bedroom has a marriage bed in Art Deco style with new mattresses and the other bedroom has 2 pine wood beds with new mattresses. The holiday also has a full bath with bathtub, WC and bidet.

The village of Colle d´Orano is a quiet winegrower's village with a grocery and a restaurant. The sea is 1,5 km away and can be reached by an idyllic footpath. The bay of Patresi has a bar and a sunshade rental and can also be easily reached by car on an approximately 3 km long road. A wonderful sand beach is approximately 4 km away and can be reached by bus every 30 minutes. Furthermore, every 30 minutes a bus leaves Patresi beach for Colle d´Orano. In the surrounding area there are excellent hiking possibilities. A hiking trail leads through the National Park of Arcipelago Toscano to the popular resort Sant´Andrea. Another hiking trail leads to the 1000 metres high Monte Capenne. The ferry port of Portoferraio is 30 km away and can be reached by car within 1 hour. |  |
