The holiday home is located in a small idyllic village on a hill near Viareggio. The picturesque holiday home is a former straw cottage and was tastefully and sensitively restored. It has a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. A pergola entwined with old vine on the terrace next to the house offers a shady seating area.

The 30 square metres large holiday home offers space for 3 people and has a living/dining room with sofa bed and small kitchen corner, a bedroom with double bed and a small shower bath. The bedroom and the bathroom can be accessed via the open newel stair which is not suitable for babies. Next to the house there is a small terrace with pergola which is at your sole disposal. The terrace below the house is in common use with the owner of the house. The terrace offers a wonderful view on a 60 km long coastline.
