The holiday flat "Viola" is a small and comfortable Tuscan Rustico for 2 people. It has a private garden, an independent entry, a lovely bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The lovely holiday flat "Mimosa" for 4 people is located on the ground floor. It has an independent entry, a typical Tuscan living/dining room with kitchen range, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower bath. The holiday flat has been restored in rustic style with cotto floor and wooden beam ceilings. There is a beautiful outdoor area in front of the holiday flat.

The holiday flats have been furnished with attention to detail and taking into account Tuscan tradition. The cotto floors, the characteristical wooden beam ceilings and the mezzane tiles (burnt clay tiles) in the rooms reflect this style.
Table tennis tables, a children´s playground with slide and swing, a barbecue grill and an illuminated parking area complement the offer. The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The 2 km away village of Radda in Chianti has a beautiful Medieval old town and invites to stroll around, cosy wine tasting sessions and eating pasta.
