The country estate in Rustico style was carefully restored and is located on a 50.000 square metres large property. Here, you will find a swimming pool lit at night, a table tennis table, a boccia alley and a barbecue grill.
Altogether, there are 1 studio for 2 people, 2 studios for 3 people and 3 studios for 4 people.

Every day, the owners, a young family, prepare a rich breakfast buffet for the guests. This breakfast is included in the service; half board is available on request.
If you want to cook your own meals you are welcome to use a central, generously arranged and very well equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, herbs and spices from the garden can also be used. A huge range of drinks from mineral water to high class wine can be bought from the owners at good prices.
The studios have central heating, air-condition, refrigerator, mini-bar, shower and toilet.
Each studio has a large double bed. Depending on the size and occupancy of the studio, an additional single bed or bunk bed for 2 people can be provided.
The sea is only approximately 20 km away.

The country estate is located outside the small village of Sassetta on a 50.000 square metres large property and is an ideal starting point for many attractive leisture time activities. San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence, Elba Isand, Pisa, Lucca, Massa Marittima, San Vincenzo or Follonica are worthwhile destinations for half day trips and day trips. On weekdays, many large markets take place in the surrounding area.
Guest who like to be pampered and serve will find an ample choice of cosy trattorias serving the famous Cucina Toscana. All sorts of fish restaurants, including the best of Italy - the Gambero Rosso in San Vincenzo - are easy to reach. |  |
