The small, two-storey, 100 year old house in Tuscan style is located between 2 houses and is surrounded by olive groves. A pergola on the terrace directly in front of the house provides shade. The terrace is equipped with a bench, a table and chairs. 5 metres away there is another terrace with a swing hammock, a table and chairs which offers a nice view on a 40 km long coastline.

On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room floored with terracotta tiles. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a wonderful view through two windows on the coast. The entire house is very bright and lovely furnished with beautiful details (marble fitted kitchen, tasteful designer armchair, Art Noveau table and Art Noveau cabinet). The facade is decorated with a marble sundial.

Corsanico is a small village located on the hills near Viareggio amidst the olive groves. You can enjoy a wonderful panorama view over the entire coast to Livorno. In the village you can buy all you need for everyday life (German newspapers, food, post office, bar, restaurant, pizzeria). The antique organ in the church of Corsanico is a local attraction and famous for its sound. In the summer concerts are organised in the old church of the nearby village of Pieve. The village is only 10 km away from Viareggio, a historical bathing resort with many Art Noveau buildings. Lucca and Pisa are only 20 km away, Florence is 90 km away. |  |
