The rustically furnished holiday houses, each of which has a veranda and a terrace, are in the centre of this approximately 23000 square metres large area with organic farming, trees and many farm animals. A pool, a sauna and a second, round pool behind the house are also available.

The 2,3 acres large property is a green paradise all year round with homegrown palms, cactuses, beautifully flourishing bushes, olive trees, grapevines and trees with tropical fruits.
This property was restored in springtime in 2000. Surrounded by rural idyll it is stituated approximately 6 km north-northwest of Setúbal.
Restaurants and first shopping possibilities are only a 10 minutes walk away. Here you can even combine work and vacation thanks to telephone connection and internet connection.
The 30 square metres large studio for 2 persons (T0) is in a detached house and has a living room with TV, a kitchenette, a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a shower bath with WC. The large terrace in front of the house is surrounded by lush flourishing plants. Here you can either sit in the sun or under a roof in the shade.
The 70 square metres large apartment for 2 adults and 2 children (T1 AL) is in a separate house, too. It has a well furnished kitchen with dining area and pass-through to the veranda, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with double bed and a shower bath with WC. The sleeping floor with special ventilation offers place for 2 more persons and can be reached from the living room via a ladder.
Two flats sharing a large terrace are housed in the main house. The 85 square metres large apartment (T1 B) with kitchen living, living room with sofa bed for 1 person, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and shower bath with WC is best suitable for 4 persons and 1 child.
The second apartment in the main house (T1 A) for 3 persons has a living room with kitchen area, dining area and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a shower bath with WC. Behind the house lies a sunny terrace.

The property lies at the edge of a small portuguese village almost untouched by tourism. Exploit the cultural offer in 6 km away Setúbal or visit Lisbon which is only an estimated 40 minutes drive away. The entry of Montado 18 hole golf course in Palmela is only a 5 minutes drive away and belongs to the low price category. The degree of difficulty is suitable for both beginners and advanced persons. This golf course has been the venue of different tournaments. Several nature protection areas are located at the Costa Azul (the Blue Coast). In the mouth of the Sado river you can observe different kinds of free-living dolphins - therefore the dolphins have been adopted as the symbol of the Costa Azul. The unique nature park Serra da Arrábida hosts plant species and bird species native only in regions around the Mediterranean sea. The beautiful sand beaches such as Figueirinha beach, Portinho da Arrábida beach and Sesimbra beach and Tróia peninsula are further main attractions. Situated on the other side of the Sado river, Tróia peninsula can be reached every half hour by ferry, has an approximately 18 km long sand beach and a golf course. Setúbal lies an estimated 40 km south from Lisbon at the mouth of the Sado river. Besides fishing and rice cultivation saltern has been one of the most important economic sectors since roman times until today. The city´s tourist information centre was built onto one of the old fish preservation facilities. Remains of the salt containers can be viewed on Tróia peninsula opposite Setúbal. Agriculture with products such as olive oil, cork and muscatel wine plays an important role, too. The jesuit monastery in manuelic style and the fortress of São Filipe belong to the most attractive historical monuments. The jesuit monastery hosts the municipal museum and from the fortress of São Filipe you can enjoy a wide view over the city, the Sado river, Tróia peninsula and the Serra da Arrabida. Decorated with the impressive tile paintings called "Azulejos", the large market hall is worth a visit. |  |
