This 157 square metres large house emanates a feeling of security. It offers a generously-dimensioned living room with open kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms, a small room with daybed and two bathrooms. The special quality of the arrangement including natural materials and solid wood furniture creates a cozy atmosphere. In the comfortable living room a large fireplace dominates the ambiance. The view reaches far into the wide, undeveloped hilly landscape. Here, the scenery is dominated by orange groves, almond trees, olive trees, cypress trees and palm trees. The whole property is enclosed with a wall and a fence. There is a carport on the property.
