The special situation of the holiday home on a hill in an undeveloped area guarantees absolute quitness and a beutiful sea view. The small, private seeming complex (built in 1999) is surrounded by a wall and has a large swimming pool and a serviced garden. Sunloungers and sunshades are available for the stay at the pool which has a size of 90 square metres. The apartment T2B for 4 persons is 110 square metres large and has two bedrooms, to bathrooms (one of which is an en-suite bathroom), a modernly constructed large living room with a pass-through to the kitchen and a dining corner. From here you can access the partially roofed terrace which leads to the kitchen. The apartment is completely tiled and is furnished with air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, citrus press, electric iron and ironing board. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a doublebed or two single beds which can be combined upon demand. The big balcony provides a view to the west on the picturesque rocky coast and on the old town of Lagos. To the east the view reaches to Alvor. Apartment T2B lies next to apartment T2A. Both balconies, too, are separated one from another only by a wall. Both apartments can be rented together by two families or by a larger group of up to 8 persons.

The popular Duna beach is close by. It has a restaurant with a partially roofed terrace and a swimming pool with sunloungers, sunshades and tables. Dressing rooms, showers and toilets are available. Tennis courts in a serviced garden can be rented and the shady parking place is guarded. |  |
