The two and three bedroom flats in this newly built apartment house offer luxury and beauty in an easy atmosphere. It is situated directly at the sea and offers its habitants a breathtaking view on an undeveloped landscape, on the picturesque rock formations of Ponta de Piedade and on the skyline of Lagos with its white houses glittering in the sun. The highlight is the 300 square metres large roof terrace which is accessible 24 hours a day.

All holiday homes are standardly equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, interphone, a dvd player and a small stereo system with radio and cd player.
The three floor house also has a lift. The light-flooded rooms with the big terrace doors have a modern and exclusive ambiance. The bedrooms are high-class equipped as well. One of the bedrooms has a doubl ebed with an en-suite bathroom. Both other bedrooms have single beds. The bathrooms are furnished with bathing tub, shower, bidet and WC and are tiled with beige marble. The kitchen is fully equipped with Ceran hot plate, baking oven, combination refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine etc.
The apartment house was finished in 2007 and is situated in the front row to Meia Praia beach. There are 14 flats altogether some of which are located to the sea. Out of these flats 2 three bedroom apartments (T3) and 4 two bedroom apartments (T2), each with 2 bathrooms, can be rented.
The T3 apartments lie on the first and the second floor and have a size of 110 square metres each. The 20 square metres large terraces with sea view are located at the side of the house in front of the living rooms and in front of one out of both bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one is equipped with two single beds arranged together.
The T2 apartments, each having a size of 100 square metres, lie on first, second and third floor. The 30 square metres large terraces with sea view are located at the front side of the house and are accessible from all rooms. One of bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The kitchens are open to the living room.
The house has a lift. The entry and the drive to the court are located at the back side of the building.

The broad and mile-long Meia Praia beach is located a few steps away from the house where comfortable beach cafes and various sports activities offer alternation after sunbathing.
The historical old town of Lagos is 2 kilometres away and offers various possibilities to experience the eventful history of this region. International kitchen and portuguese specialties are offered In the serviced restaurants. Revellers should take a chance and visit one of the many comfortable bars. |  |
