The beautiful 160 square metres large row house is comfortable and elegant. Its furnishing and ambiance meets demands for the upscale way of life. Situated at the beautiful, mile long and very broad Meia Praia beach the holiday home lies in front row to the sea on a 360 square metres large property. The holiday home is furnished with much love to detail. You can access the house and the roof terrace rom the small romantic inner courtyard.
From the roof terrace the view is directed to the sea and stretches to Ponta de Piedade.

The living room with its appealing classic modern design has satellite TV, night storage heater and fireplace und combines pleasent comfort with elegant tradition. The terrace has a pool and a roofed dining corner in Portuguese style - two stone benches and a stone table tiled with Azulejos, the typical Portuguese tiles. The terrace can be accessed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. White wrought iron bars and fly screens on all doors protect you from unwanted guests and give you a feeling of security. A safe is available for a fee. The three bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom en-suite, offer not only a cozy bedroom atmosphere but also a high lying comfort by combining the two single beds into a double bed. The large kitchen is completely furnished. It has a combination freezer, gas stove with baking oven, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drier. Once a week the pool is cleaned and the water quality is checked.

The generous row house lies in first row to the dunes and the beach. The beautiful and mile long Meia Praia beach is only approximately 300 metres away. The popular Palmares golf club is 2 km away. The old wotn of Lagos can be reached by foot within 10 to 15 minutes.
The centre of Lagos is only ten to fifteen minutes away by foot. Lagos is a lively port with an ancient centre and modern yacht marina. The pedestrian area of the old centre offers not only cultural sites ( the churches Igreja do Santo António, Igreja de Santa Maria ) but also many culinary delights. There are a huge variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste.
An international holiday company nominated Lagos its "Golden Award for Summer 2002" based on the responses of four million of its clients.
