The holiday home for up to 8 persons lies very quietly on a hillside at the village São Brás de Alportel, 14 km away from the next beach and 17 km away from Faro and has no direct neighbours. The terraces surrounding the house, the 32 square metres large pool and the roof terrace offer a splendid 360° panorama view on the landscape of the relatively untouched eastern Algarve.

The 320 square metres large holiday home was built in 2002 and has a 50 square metres large living room and dining room, open fireplace, satellite TV, dvd player, video equipment, stereo system and a very well equipped kitchen. Washing machine is available. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms - 2 full baths and 1 shower bath - are available for 8 persons. Two of the bedrooms have an own terrace. The living room, dining room and kitchen have access to the pool where sunloungers and sunshades are available. The pool has another bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. There is a carport next to the entrance ot the house.

The village São Brás de Alportel is situated at the eastern Algarve. It is 17 km away from Faro and lies at the foot of Serra do Caldeirão. In the surrounding area (14 - 30 km) there are several splendid beaches. The holiday home is situated a bit outside of the village but is only a 3 minutes drive to the next shopping place and a 4 minutes drive to the centre. There are further supermarkets (Lidl, Minipreco etc.), restaurants and cafes in São Brás de Alportel. Special local attractions are the easter processions on Easter Sunday and the „Feira da Serra“ on the last weekend in July - a kind of fair where you can buy products directly from the manufacturer. Here, craftsmen exhibit their work and music groups and dance groups perform in the evening. |  |
